I have three songs to share with you…
One of my favorite songs right now is:
Reverse by SomeKindaWonderful
It is confusing and weirdly awesome. I can’t tell if the story means something different when you play it in reverse… hmmm.
But on a serious note…
Take me to Church by Hozier
I’m sure everyone has heard this song before but to me it is one of the most influential songs I have ever heard… Watch this short video about what this song actually means then watch the music video please it is just… it makes me cry every time honestly our world is so screwed up.
Behind the scenes of the meaning from the artist:
Then I will end this will one of my all time favorite artists:
He hasn’t released a single in years so here is his first single off his upcoming album
Hollow moon (Bad Wolf) By Awolnation
I present you with my choice for the song of the day which turned into multiple songs.
The official song is “Holding Onto You” by twenty one pilots
This song is so freaking great. It is dynamic, unique, and the title would allude you to believe this was another song about romance but don’t be fooled because if you listen closely that is in fact not at all true. The lyrics are genius plus I like this guys voice. The music video might through you off but just listen. This band has save so many lives their music is extremely powerful.
Then there is “House of Gold” by twenty one pilots

Hey everyone this is my second thrift store book haul!
I hope you all liked the first one, let me know how I can improve and also which books you like the most!
For each book I will provide the Goodreads rating (out of 5 stars) and the link. (Books listed from left to right).
"Inkspell" by Cornelia Funke
This book has 3.91 stars and is the second book in the "Inkworld" series. It was made into a movie staring Brendan Fraser in 2008. I loved the first book in the series, "Inkheart" growing up. (fantasy/adventure/young adult).
"Hollow City" (Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children #2)by Ransom Riggs
This book has 4.07 stars and is the second book in the "(Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children #2)" series. The first book in the series was made into a movie, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children in 2016. (paranormal/young adult)
"The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini
This book has 4.26 stars. I had to read this book for my ALA class in high school and found it fascinating. I didn't think I was going to like it but the importance of the story and the brilliant writing make it a classic. This book was made into a movie in 2007, you can see it here on IMDB. (historical fiction).
"The Doll People" (Doll People #1)by Ann M. Martin
This book has 4.02 stars. I also loved this book growing up. It was one of the longer books I read in elementary school, but the plot is so interesting even now it would be a fun read. (middle grade/fantasy).
"Wanted" (Pretty Little Liars #8)by Sara Shepard
This book has 4.14 stars. "Wanted" is a part of the Pretty Little Liars bok series, which if you aren't familiar with the famous TV show I highly recommend it. I have watched more of the show than I have the book but they are a great guilty pleasure! IMDB (show link). (mystery/young adult).
"Daughters of the Moon", Volume 1(Daughters of the Moon #1-3)by Lynne Ewing
This book has 4.08 stars. I saw this book and thought it looked interesting. With my spirituality I love things that have to do with the moon and the supernatural so I thought I would give it a try. (fantasy/young adult).
I hope you enjoy!
Chill electronic songs can be really, really fantastic. Some are really crappy and make you turn away quickly but I promise you this will not be the case. I have been working up the energy to write my critic for the 4 big name movies I have seen recently. So I decided that I would bless you with an amazing song for right now.
Today’s song of the day is: Waves by Mr. Probz (Robin Schulz Remix)
CECILIA AND THE SATELLITE:
Alright so I listen to the radio a lot in my car and my favorite radio station is 93.3…point is, is in the morning they always play this song and it is very simple but cute. The artist wrote it about his daughter. His voice is very soothing and it’s also catchy. If you listen to the lyrics you might appreciate the song more. He is not very famous but he should be. The song of the day is: Cecilia and the Satellite by Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.
Cecilia and the Satellite
Ok I can’t be the only one who has “brain fog” for long periods of time. Like you could literally tell me something and ask me about it again an hour later and I would have no idea what you were talking about. Or trying to think of an interesting topic or sentence is basically rocket science for me right now. Maybe it is my brain in denial about school starting… Problem is, is that school started about a month ago.
So lets just talk about music,
The song of the day today is……..
Animals By Maroon 5
Ok it’s a popular but come on you can’t ever go wrong with Maroon 5 their songs are so mother freaking catchy.
Especially this new one, sometimes I like to zone out and listen to really brain numbing songs. Our brains need to be numb sometimes and I have found listening to songs like this help. But you have to be careful not to rot your brain cells in the process so here’s my recommendation.
